Description: Applican-t provides an AI-powered job search organizer. We utilize automated web scraping and LLMs to aggregate data.
Eligibility & Security: You must be 18+ years old. Account security via Clerk is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for any violation of these terms.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to "scrape the scraper," reverse-engineer our application, use the service for illegal purposes, or attempt to bypass security protocols.
Third-Party Links: Our service contains links to third-party websites (e.g., job boards). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
3. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli, US, and EU law, Applican-t is provided "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: employment outcomes, incorrect job data, technical downtime, or data loss.
